Main regulations

THEPAID provides services which give possibilities to its Members to get money payment for some certain actions in registration offers from advertisers. Registering in such Service the Member agrees with the following terms:

• The Member gives valid and actual necessary information about himself.
• The Member must constantly renew this information supporting it in a adequate necessary way.

All information received from the Member during registration on the Service will be used as an accounting information. Besides it the Member agrees that the Service uses his cookies, sends letters with important information and provides cumulative information about all Members to the third party.

THEPAID doesn’t give, doesn’t sell any personal confidential information to the third party without Member’s permission. If any information that was given by the Member is incomplete or inaccurate the Service has a right to delete the Member’s account and his possibility to use the Service.

Service Usage

• Each Member can have only one account on the server THEPAID.
• We keep our right to delete accounts of those Members who break rules of the Service usage.
• We immediately delete any account if we are sure that the Member, owner of this account uses any illegal methods or/and cheats us and/or our sponsors.

We pay you 10% of money earned by your referrals. There is no any limitation in possible number of referrals or amounts of money earned with their help.

Changes

THEAID sometimes can change these rules slightly. It will inform all Members about all changes in rules by e-mail. In a case of changing rules the Member can continue his service usage only if he agrees to follow these rules and their modifications.

THEPAID keeps its right to change or to stop Service usage with or without notification of Members. THEPAID is not responsible to the Members or to any third parties for exercise of its right to change or to stop provided Service.

Spam

We delete Member’s account if we are sure this Member uses any spam methods. Also if necessary we can use any legal actions against Members who use spam. Spam includes (but it is not limited only by that) usage of bulk posting of unwanted information via e-mail, advertisement on forums and so on.

It is not allowed for our Members to use any kind of Spam. Only legal and acceptable ways of attraction of new Members can be used.

Payments

The Members can get earned money using E-gold or WebMoney Transfer systems. Minimal amount to be paid — 1USD. We disburse payments to members on a monthly basis. We pay on the twentieth of each month for the previous month's earnings.

If Members account was deleted because of any reasons the Member loses all money saving on his balance.

It is Member’s duty to pay all taxes according with law from money he was paid.
